Q: What time is check in?

A: Check in time starts at 2:00 pm. If you would like to arrive earlier, please give us a call or email 24 hours prior to your arrival! Early check in at 1:00 pm is upon request and availability, with a fee of $15 plus tax. 

Q:What should I do if I plan to check in after office hours?

A: If you plan to check in after office hours, please inform us as soon as possible by phone or email so we can arrange a contactless check-in. Be sure to provide a valid email address and phone number.

Q: What time is check out?

A: Check out is at 11:00 am. There is a late check out option upon availability and request only. This extends check out to 12:00 pm and is a $15 fee plus tax. 

Q: Is parking available?

A: Our motel offers one complimentary parking space per room for the convenience of our guests. However, in the event of additional vehicles, we kindly request that they utilize street parking or explore alternative parking options nearby.

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Yes, we do allow pets; however, please note that there are associated fees which may vary depending on the specific circumstances.

Q: Can I request a specific themed room when making a reservation?

A: While we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability, themed room reservations are subject to availability and may be subject to change. If you require a specific accommodation and cannot be relocated, please notify us immediately so we can make every effort to accommodate your request.

Q: Will I receive a refund if I'm assigned a different themed room upon arrival?

A: Please note that refunds will not be issued for room changes of the same size unless you have specifically notified us of your need for that accommodation. Adjustments within the same room category do not qualify for a refund.

Q: Why am I required to provide an incidental deposit upon check-in?

A: Upon check-in, a $100.00 damage/incidental deposit per accommodation is required. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, pending inspection by our housekeeping team to ensure the accommodation is free from damage.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before 2 pm on the day of your reservation to avoid being charged for one full night's stay. For major events like Car 'Alene or 4th of July, a minimum of 1 week's cancellation notice is required. Q: What amenities are provided?

A: Our motel offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests, including: heating/air conditioning, hair dryers, mini fridges, Keurig coffee makers, microwaves, an ice machine, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and various other amenities to enhance your experience.
